Community Action of Eastern Iowa provides assistance to
over 25,000 individuals each year as we work to carry out our mission to eliminate the causes and conditions
of poverty. We are the designated Community Action Agency for Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties
in Iowa. Other contracts and services are provided in an area that encompasses 24 Iowa and 7 Illinois

collect new books for Scott, Cedar, Muscatine, and Clinton County Head Start and Early Head Start
classrooms. From July 20th until the end of August Borders in Davenport will offer their customers the
opportunity to purchase books for Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms. |
