Community Action of Eastern Iowa has two offices in Muscatine County. The main office is located in Muscatine Mall- 1903 Park Ave. #9600. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Muscatine Head Start center is located next to the office building.

Our other office is located in West Liberty in the restored West Liberty Depot at 405 N Elm St. Open on Mondays by appointment only. Appointments are made through the Muscatine office by calling the phone number below.

Staff are available at both locations to answer questions about programs, take applications, and determine eligibility. Unless specified, applicants for our programs must reside in Muscatine County.
