Community Action of Eastern Iowa is proud to be a sponsor of the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine and Scott counties in Iowa. CACFP is a federally funded program through the United States Department of Agriculture and is available to all registered child development homes. There are no qualifying income guidelines or a mininum number of children in care required for participation. And CACFP is absolutely free!
